You will manage shifts, train staff, oversee operations, and ensure safety and sanitation compliance in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to coach teams toward excellence.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, recruiting, scheduling, sanitation, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Must pass sanitation and responsible alcohol vending courses.

Responsibilities

• Model operational standards and execute critical behaviors to run great shifts and create lifelong memories.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide hospitality at the highest level.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and excellence.
• Foster team engagement through recognition and communication.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
• Train team members on restaurant operations.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and build connections.
• Execute shift planning, scheduling, training, and daily routines, including opening/closing and cash handling.
• Plan inventory, budget, and labor decisions.
