Portillo's is hiring a Restaurant Manager in Texas to lead a high-energy team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will coach staff, manage shifts, and ensure top hospitality while upholding sanitation, safety, and operational standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant.
• Understanding of P&L and restaurant operations.
• Flexibility to work 50+ hour weeks, rotating shifts.
• Must pass required sanitation and responsible alcohol vending courses.
• Great communication skills; read, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Model operational standards and execute critical behaviors to run great shifts.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide hospitality.
• Lead coaching to achieve excellence and engage the team.
• Plan shift scheduling, training, and daily routines including opening/closing.
• Make inventory, budget, and labor decisions.
