Qualifications

• 1–3 years of restaurant management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience with restaurant operations, scheduling, sanitation, and security.
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Model operational standards and execute critical behaviors to run great shifts.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide the highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with coaching and excellence.
• Foster team engagement through recognition and communication.
• Ensure sanitation, food and restaurant safety regulations are followed.
• Train team members on operations; manage shift planning, scheduling, training, opening/closing, cash handling.
• Plan for inventory, budget, and labor decisions.
