Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years in a restaurant environment; supervising and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Must be an excellent communicator with all levels of team members; computer knowledge is essential.
• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed; food safety codes awareness.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives; ready for new marketing windows.
