Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills for all team levels.
• Computer knowledge is essential for daily operations.
• Education includes HS diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising/training staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience and ensure quality food is prepared and served.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory and money control systems for the location.
• Recruit staff and maintain safe, secure operations.
• Coordinate local marketing and outreach; plan events and promotions.
• Lead and train team members; monitor performance and rewards.
