Job summary

Subway is seeking a Manager to lead restaurant operations, focusing on guest experience, food quality, cleanliness, inventory and safety. You’ll recruit, train and develop team members while driving local marketing and community outreach to boost sales.

As a hands-on leader, you’ll ensure compliance with health codes, manage records, plan events, and collaborate with the team to deliver consistent, friendly service across shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, including supervising and training staff.
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Computer knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding Team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including health codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective Guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives to prepare for new marketing windows.
