Quality Brand Group LLC is hiring a Restaurant Manager for a Dunkin' location. The role involves recruiting and developing team members, ensuring quality service and cleanliness, and driving sales and profitability while managing P&L responsibilities.

You will lead operations during your shift, coordinate training, and provide coaching to ensure a great guest experience. Prior food service or supervisory experience is required, with emphasis on teamwork and standards.

Qualifications

• Fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Guest focus – anticipate and exceed guests’ needs.
• Experience with food safety practices (Serve Safe preferred).
• Strong math and writing skills.
• Able to lift 30–50 pounds and operate standard equipment.

Responsibilities
