Job summary

Dunkin' Donuts is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Dunkin' standards. You will manage daily operations, train staff, and drive profitability while maintaining a safe, compliant environment.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration with the franchisee and brand operations teams. A background in retail or hospitality and basic financial skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality management preferred.
• Basic computer skills and financial understanding.
• Good communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead team meetings and deliver training to staff.
• Ensure brand standards, recipes and systems are followed.
• Create a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Review guest feedback and implement improvement actions.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory to maximize profitability.
• Schedule labor to meet demand and service standards.
• Recruit, hire, onboard and develop restaurant team members.
• Plan and review employee performance and provide coaching.
