Quality Brand Group LLC, a Dunkin’ franchisee operating multiple stores in the region, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead daily store operations and drive guest satisfaction. You will recruit, coach, and develop the team, uphold standards of service and cleanliness, and work to achieve sales and profitability goals.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience is required.
• Strong guest focus and exceptional customer service.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment and development of store team members.
• Ensure adherence to quality service and cleanliness standards.
• Manage store operations to meet sales and profitability goals.
• Lead, mentor and motivate staff during assigned shift.
• Coordinate purchasing, scheduling and facilities maintenance.
• Handle personnel decisions for store level staff as needed.
