Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant management experience.
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Minimum age 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and leadership.
• Schedule staff and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Recruit, interview, and hire employees in line with brand standards.
• Enforce safety, sanitation, and health standards.
• Respond to guest feedback and build loyalty.
• Maintain knowledge of the full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage with community and local opportunities.
