Viewhouse II Corp is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and uphold company standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role reports to General Manager and partners with culinary leadership to drive labor optimization, financial performance, and compliance with safety regulations. A strong leadership presence is essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ServSafe Manager Certification required or ability to obtain within timeframe.
• Minimum of two years of progressive restaurant leadership experience required.
• Proficient in hospitality operations, food safety, and responsible alcohol service.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise the daily restaurant operations to maintain guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and develop front-of-house staff with ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, schedule, and retain team members in partnership with leadership and HR.
