Job summary

Viewhouse Corp is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and uphold exceptional guest experiences. You will supervise front-of-house teams, coordinate with culinary leadership, and ensure adherence to food safety and liquor regulations.

The role emphasizes integrity, accountability, and professional leadership while driving hospitality standards, labor management, and financial performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong hospitality, guest service, safety, and beverage/food knowledge.
• Proficient with restaurant technology and scheduling

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations while maintaining guest service, hospitality, cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members through training, feedback, recognition, and accountability.
• Recruit, interview, onboard, train, schedule, develop, and retain high-performing staff in partnership with the General Manager and HR.
• Direct daily floor operations by assigning stations, deploying labor, monitoring service flow, and ensuring efficient execution.
• Ensure guests receive exceptional hospitality by engaging with guests, addressing concerns, and resolving issues.
