VIEWHOUSE is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, guest experiences, and financial performance in a high-volume setting in Denver, CO. You will develop leadership teams, manage labor and costs, ensure compliance, and drive hospitality excellence.

The role requires at least five years of senior restaurant leadership, ServSafe/TIPS certifications, and a proven track record in full-service operations. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• ServSafe Manager Certification and TIPS or equivalent required or obtainable.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive restaurant leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor management, budgeting, and safety compliance.
• Proficiency with POS, inventory, and scheduling software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for all restaurant operations and guest service.
• Develop and coach restaurant leadership teams.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and manage staff in partnership with HR.
• Oversee front-of-house and back-of-house operations and communications.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and drive corrective actions as needed.
• Manage sales, labor, food/beverage costs, and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, and regulations.
• Prepare staffing plans aligned with forecasted business levels.
• Protect Company assets and maintain documentation.
