Red Lobster seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on quality seafood and exceptional guest service. You will recruit, train and motivate the team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

You’ll drive sales, manage performance, and ensure safe food handling and compliance with policies while enjoying a flexible schedule and opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• 1+ years of management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business.
• Casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations with focus on quality seafood and beverage service to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire team members to deliver excellent service.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with policies.
