Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the team that makes your restaurant stand out.

You will focus on creating a FUN, safe environment, train staff, ensure policy compliance, and manage performance through coaching and evaluations, with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with a focus on high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction
