Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required; 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with focus on high quality seafood and beverage service, maximize guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire team members.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Create a FUN safe environment for team members to develop.
• Ensure compliance with employment policies.
• Manage performance of team members, including evaluations, training, coaching and discipline.
• Select top talent to join the team.
• Follow safe food handling procedures and maintain a clean, safe environment for guests.
