You will hire, train and inspire a team, drive sales, and create a FUN safe environment. The role involves ensuring policy compliance, evaluating performance, coaching, and selecting top talent to grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
