Job summary

King's Fish House - Orange is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead front-of-house operations, coach crew, and partner with the kitchen to deliver exceptional hospitality. You will drive daily service, ensure recipe and quality standards, and manage staffing and scheduling within a dynamic restaurant setting.

Ideal candidates will be 21+ with at least two years of management experience, a related college degree preferred, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years old.
• 2 years of experience as a restaurant manager.
• College degree in business or hospitality preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Good longevity in prior positions.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and reach up to 6 feet.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations from ordering to guest relations and service standards.
• Manages front of house interactions and coordinates with kitchen for quality.
• Maintains financial operations, tips, and vendor coordination.
• Leads staffing, interviews, and crew development.
• Develops incentive programs and supports sales/marketing efforts.
