Job summary

Bonefish Grill is seeking a restaurant manager to oversee daily FOH/BOH operations with limited supervision. The role includes staffing, recruiting, interviewing, and coaching, while maintaining Bonefish standards for guest experience and safety.

Lead hourly team members, ensure sanitation and safety compliance, and maintain full menu knowledge. You will engage in community and regional opportunities to grow the brand and influence operations. Flexibility and regional relocation are encouraged.

Qualifications

• 1 year restaurant management experience
• Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule
• Minimum age 21 years
• Food safety certification preferred
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned region
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Assist with staffing levels by scheduling, recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Actively participate in the career growth of hourly team members.
• Implement security protocols to ensure ongoing safety of employees and guests.
• Comply with safety, sanitation standards, policies, and laws; meet health inspections.
• Respond to guest comments and build loyalty while upholding service standards.
• Maintain working knowledge of the full menu and preparation standards.
• Engage in community and market opportunities at the restaurant.
