Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and culture during shift management.

The role involves managing a fast-paced kitchen, interacting with customers, and ensuring the facility remains clean and compliant. It requires 1+ years of restaurant management experience, flexibility in shifts, and a commitment to company training programs.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold standards
• Open and close the restaurant as manager on duty
• Manage cash handling and accountability during shifts
• Enforce company policies and safety standards
• Direct crewmembers and ensure excellent customer service
• Utilize rewards programs to recognize staff performance
• Authorize manager-level actions (discounts, promotions, timeclock overrides)
• Ensure cleanliness and proper functioning of the restaurant
• Complete other duties as assigned
