The position emphasizes leadership, cash handling, and staff oversight, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, well-run facility.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operations meet Raising Cane’s standards in all restaurant zones during a shift.
• Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Directs crewmembers during a shift and provides exemplary customer service.
• Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and maintains facility in good working order.
