Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is hiring a Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations and uphold our standards and culture on shift. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced kitchen and front-of-house setting.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of staffing, scheduling, people and cost management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and adaptable to new systems.
• Willing to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends; travel as needed.
• Must complete Raising Cane’s company training programs.
• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations.
• Upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture in shift management.
• Manages cash handling and ensures accountability.
• Enforces policies and safety standards.
• Leads shift management meetings and uses tools/logs for execution.
• Directs crewmembers and provides exemplary customer service.
• Utilizes rewards programs and recognizes staff performance.
• Authorizes manager-approved functions (discounts, promotions, etc.).
• Ensures cleanliness and proper facility operation.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
