Job summary

iServ Group – Sonny’s BBQ in Valdosta, GA is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations, develop a 25–40 person team, and deliver a high-quality guest experience consistent with the Sonny’s BBQ brand. This on-site, full-time role requires coaching staff, managing front and back of house, assisting with P&L, and ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and timely service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to coach team members and reduce turnover.
• Strong communication with management, staff, and guests.
• Proven ability to manage front and back of house operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 25–40 hourly staff, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure high guest satisfaction and on-brand service.
• Contribute to P&L management by controlling food and labor costs and waste.
