Job summary

iServ, LLC is seeking an Experienced, Full Serve Restaurant Manager to lead a Sonny’s BBQ location in Kingsland, GA. The role requires managing both FOH and BOH teams, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining budgeted objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of full-serve restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment, plus a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of proven FULL-SERVE Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; ability to pass a background check.
• Flexible schedule and ability to cover manager shifts on busy days/events.
• Must submit and pass a background check.
• Ability to train, coach, mentor, and share information with management and hourly staff.
• Strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Directors and upper store management regarding store performance.
• Collaborates with FOH & BOH to ensure shifts run smoothly and guest needs are met.
• Maintains staffing levels daily while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Communicates and upholds iServ Group’s Mission and Values and company policies.
• Prepares monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts, trends, and variances.
• Hires, trains, and develops hourly team members and fosters a positive work environment.
• Upholds specifications and standards for all dishes & drinks; knowledge of menu items.
