Job summary

iServ, LLC seeks an Experienced, Full Serve Restaurant Manager to lead a Sonny’s BBQ location in Florida. You’ll guide a fast-paced FOH/BOH team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive daily operations to a high standard.

The role requires at least 2 years in full-serve management, a valid driver’s license, flexible scheduling, and the ability to pass a background check. You’ll report to store leadership and work to meet budgets and service goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven FULL-SERVE Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume restaurant.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driver insurability check; reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and cover manager shifts on busy days or events.
• Must be able to submit and pass a background check.
• Ability to train, coach, mentor, and share information with management and hourly team members.
• Strong understanding of full-serve restaurant operations and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Reports to Directors and upper store management on store performance.
• Collaborate with FOH & BOH to ensure shifts run smoothly and guest needs are met.
• Maintain staffing levels daily while adhering to budget guidelines.
• Uphold Mission and Values and ensure policies are followed by all staff.
• Prepare monthly financial objectives by analyzing forecasts and trends.
• Hire, train, and develop hourly staff, recognizing and supporting their growth.
• Uphold specs and company standards for all dishes and drinks.
• Knowledge of menu items, including seasonal changes.
• Maintain licenses, posters, documentation, and safety equipment.
