KMG Hotels in Kansas City seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure guest experiences are second to none in a clean, welcoming environment.

You will drive shift leadership, build bench strength, celebrate wins, and uphold top-tier food, service, and facility standards through accountability.

Formación

• Experience as a full-service restaurant manager.
• Strong Leadership abilities, flexible, and adaptable.
• Highly skilled at financials, managing costs, and labor.
• High level of knowledge of health and sanitation codes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
