The role requires 1+ years of QSR management, a proven tenure record, and a strong focus on hospitality and operational KPIs. You’ll wear the brand standard uniform and contribute to a high-energy team culture.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Proven history of consistent work tenure and reliable leadership.
• Deep understanding of food cost management, labor optimization, and operational KPIs.
• Hands-on leadership—comfortable working the drive through or grill when needed.
• Tech-savvy with POS systems, inventory platforms, and invoice tools.
• Strong physical stamina: able to lift 50 lbs. and stay on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen.
• LinkedIn/profile consistency on resume and online presence.
• Minimum age of 18.

• Lead by example—work the line, prep food, maintain cleanliness, and serve guests across all shifts.
