Job summary

DiPasqua Brands, llc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to focus on eight core areas: ensuring great food is prepared and served, keeping the restaurant clean and functional, and managing inventory and money control systems.

You will coordinate local marketing initiatives and maintain restaurant safety standards while being a strong team player. A broad day-to-day includes recruiting, ensuring safety, analyzing records, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.
• Experience supervising and training staff in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach.
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including health and food safety codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
