Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment with supervising and training experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great food is prepared and served to standards.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean, and visually appealing.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security standards.
• Be a team player and lead by example.
• Recruit and reward outstanding team members.
• Ensure safety protocols and local health codes are followed.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify and contact prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives for new promotions.
• Plan special events and promotions.
