Job summary

DiPasqua Brands, llc. is seeking a Subway team manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality food, and maintain a clean, safe restaurant. You will supervise staff, manage inventory and records, and coordinate local marketing initiatives to drive sales.

The role requires at least 2 years in a restaurant setting, strong communication skills, and the ability to train and develop team members. Full-time and varied shifts are available at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment with staff supervision.
• Must be an excellent communicator and able to work with all levels of team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, safety, and security.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing and community outreach.
