Job summary

DiPasqua Brands, llc. is seeking a Manager to focus on food quality, restaurant operations, and team leadership within Subway® Team settings.

You will ensure food is prepared and served to standards, keep the restaurant clean, manage inventory, and coordinate local marketing initiatives. In addition, you will recruit and train team members, ensure safety and health code compliance, and analyze records to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to deal with all levels of team members.

Responsibilities

• Ensure great food is prepared and served.
• Keep restaurants functional, clean and attractive.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security standards.
• Be a team player.
• Recruit and reward outstanding team members.
• Ensure safety protocols and health & food safety codes are followed.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to help increase sales.
• Identify prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives and marketing windows.
• Plan special events and promotions.
