Job summary

DiPasqua Brands LLC, in partnership with Subway, is seeking a Manager to lead restaurant operations in the Orlando area. You will ensure great food is prepared and served, keep the restaurant clean and functional, and manage inventory and monetary controls.

The role includes recruiting and rewarding team members, enforcing safety codes, supporting local marketing, and planning events. This is a Full-Time position with varying Day/Evening/Weekend shifts by location.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a restaurant environment, experience in supervising and training staff.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food is prepared and served to high standards.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful.
• Manage inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinate local marketing initiatives and community outreach.
• Maintain restaurant safety and security standards.
• Recruit and reward outstanding team members.
• Follow safety and security protocols including health and food codes.
• Maintain business records and analyze them to increase sales.
• Identify prospective guests to promote sales.
• Support local and national marketing initiatives and prepare for new campaigns.
• Plan special events and promotions.
