DiPasqua Brands, llc. is seeking a Manager to lead daily restaurant operations within our Subway® Team. You will ensure great food is prepared and served, maintain clean and functional facilities, and manage inventory and money controls to support profitability.

The role focuses on recruiting and rewarding strong team members, enforcing safety protocols, and driving local marketing initiatives. Experience supervising staff is essential, with opportunities to advance within a dynamic food-service

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years in a restaurant environment, supervising and training staff.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring great food is prepared & served.
• Keeping restaurants functional, clean and beautiful.
• Managing inventory and money control systems.
• Coordinating local marketing initiatives, including community outreach.
• Maintaining standards of restaurant safety and security.
• Being a team player.
• Recruiting and rewarding outstanding team members.
• Ensuring safety and security protocols are followed, including health and food safety codes.
• Maintaining business records and analyzing them to help increase sales.
• Identifying and contacting prospective guests to promote sales.
• Supporting local and national marketing initiatives, ensuring the restaurant is ready for new marketing windows.
• Planning special events and promotions.
