Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. (Hardee's) is hiring exceptional Restaurant Managers to lead our Fayetteville, NC team. You will recruit and train staff, drive sales growth, uphold food quality and safety, and maintain excellence in service and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must possess 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire staff to operate the restaurant according to company standards and regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standard.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
• Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Supervise crew and management meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and reports per company standards and regulatory requirements.
