Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Manager to lead a Hardee's location in North Carolina. The role focuses on guest service, team development, food quality and safety, and maintaining cleanliness and profitability.

You will recruit, train, and mentor staff, ensure adherence to company standards, and work closely with the management team to deliver a positive guest experience. This is a full-time, on-site position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Strong conflict-resolution skills.
• Consistent and reliable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Loves serving and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire qualified staff to operate the restaurant per company standards.
• Schedule sufficient staff to manage guest flow and maintain service levels.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards and profitability.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew; lead by example.
• Conduct meetings to discuss procedures, promotions, safety and training.
