Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager and drive profitability.
• Schedule staff to balance guest flow and labor costs per company standards.
• Train crew and management, coach and discipline as warranted.
• Maintain inventory, food cost variance, and cash handling procedures.
• Lead safety, sanitation and security compliance and uphold brand standards.
