Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lead, recognize and train successful talent.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager.
• Aim to grow sales while maintaining quality, service and cleanliness with profitability focus.
• Interview and hire qualified staff.
• Schedule staff to meet guest flow.
• Manage labor costs to company standards.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain a cooperative working relationship with staff and management.
• Conduct meetings on procedures, promotions, safety and training.
• Maintain inventory and cash controls and company reports.
