Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Able to lead and train a diverse team.
• Able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate the restaurant in the absence of the GM.
• Schedule staff to meet guest demand and maximize profitability.
• Manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the GM.
