Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations in Hopkins, MN, and to develop a high-performing team aligned with our CORE values: Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.

You will oversee guest experiences, staffing, training, and shift performance while ensuring safe, friendly service and strong financial results. This role requires flexible, hands-on leadership and a commitment to guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Required: ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
