Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Minnesota to oversee restaurant operations and lead a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, manage daily activities, and uphold our core values while ensuring safe, quality food and a welcoming environment.

You will guide scheduling, coaching, and development, aiming to grow talent and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for career advancement within the franchise.

Qualifications

• 1+ years restaurant or retail experience
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and some holidays
• Non-exempt management position; minimum 50 hours per week
• ServeSafe Certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team
