Job summary

Border Foods is hiring an Assistant Manager in Minnesota to oversee daily restaurant operations and build a strong, engaged team. You will model Border Foods' core values—Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork, and Empowerment—and ensure excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Lead and coach Team Members and Shift Leaders to meet standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through fast, friendly service.
• Enforce health, safety and cash handling policies; manage inventory and losses.
