Job summary

Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and lead the restaurant operations in Minnesota. You will oversee the entire restaurant, build a strong team, and ensure a welcoming, safe environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
