Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce core values and lead a restaurant team in Minnesota. You will oversee daily operations, ensure great food and friendly service, and drive a positive workplace culture focused on accountability and teamwork.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, scheduling, and coaching to develop staff while maintaining standards and profitability. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position; expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
