Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's restaurant or retail experience
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week
• ServeSafe Certified
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team
• Ensure fast, friendly service and high-quality food
• Enforce health and safety standards and POS system reliability
• Schedule team members and monitor performance against standards
