Border Foods LLC in Maple Grove, MN is seeking an Assistant Manager to reinforce our CORE values of Accountability, Integrity, Family, Excellence, Teamwork and Empowerment.

You will oversee restaurant operations, build a strong team and ensure fast, friendly service while delivering great food and a welcoming guest experience. This non-exempt role requires 50 hours/week and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays. Schedule demands may change.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience with fast, friendly service.
