Border Foods LLC in Minnesota is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, reinforce our CORE values, and build a strong team that delivers great food and a friendly guest experience. This non-exempt management role requires at least 1 year of restaurant or retail experience, ability to work early mornings to holidays, and ServeSafe certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Needed: ability to work early mornings, evenings, late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• This non-exempt management position is expected to work a minimum of 50 hours per week.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
