Job summary

IHOP Rolla is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee front and back-of-house operations with emphasis on profitability and sales growth, while upholding IHOP standards of quality and service. You will lead the team, manage daily activities, and ensure guest satisfaction in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities include executing financial, local marketing, guest service and HR objectives; developing staff relationships; recruiting, training, and ensuring food safety and SOP compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to speak and read English and interpret documents; write routine reports.
• Basic computer skills including Email, MS Excel, MS Word is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back-of-house operations to maximize profitability and service quality.
• Supervise IHOP restaurant employees and ensure SOP compliance.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and promptly.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; manage scheduling and performance.
• Complete required reports and maintain personnel files; available days, nights, and weekends.
