Job summary

Red Lobster is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations focused on delivering high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant stand out.

Responsibilities include driving sales, creating a safe environment for the team, ensuring policy compliance, and managing performance through evaluations, coaching, and discipline.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business; 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or ability to obtain
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with focus on high-quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire the people that make the restaurant stand out.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
• Create a FUN safe environment for team members to develop.
