Job summary

Red Lobster Hospitality, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead restaurant operations focused on delivering high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant stand out and drive sales with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Balance work life with flexible scheduling and participate in in-restaurant training programs, development plans, and ongoing certification to stay at the top of your game.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required; 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.
• ServSafe, local and state certifications or the ability to obtain required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
