Red Lobster, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, deliver high quality seafood and beverage service, and maximize guest satisfaction. You will hire, train and inspire the team that makes the restaurant shine.

You will focus on driving sales, maintaining a safe, clean environment, and adhering to employment policies while growing leadership skills and advancing within the company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail or general business required.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in the field.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant operations with a focus on delivering high quality seafood and beverage service while maximizing guest satisfaction.
• Hire, train and inspire the people that make your restaurant stand out.
• Drive sales and guest satisfaction.
